Frequently asked questions

Until when do the launch prices apply?

For contracts signed by 31 December 2027. After that date, the regular prices shown on each service apply.

Do the prices include VAT?

No. VAT at the applicable legal rate is added to every price.

When do I pay?

For applications, 50% when you commission the work and 50% on submission. The individual consultation is paid when booking.

How does the SME success fee work?

It is a percentage of the approved incentive, shown with the price, and it is due on notification that the incentive was approved.

Does the suitability check tell me whether I will be approved?

No. It tells you whether the project fits the call and what is missing. The approval decision always rests with the body responsible for the call.

My application is already written. Can you review it?

Yes. The review is done by proposal, after the suitability check.
