INAPEM, ANGOTIC 2026: a public institute's founders with AI business plans
At ANGOTIC 2026, 11 to 13 June at the Talatona Convention Centre in Luanda, INAPEM delivered IdeaBuddy.ao licences to its founders, with methodological guidance from Accacia. Who is behind it
Before creating Accacia, I spent almost twenty years doing by hand the work it now automates. Since 2007 I have structured business plans, feasibility studies and funding applications in Angola and Portugal. Accacia exists so that a small team can support more projects without lowering the quality of that support.

You tell us what kind of organisation you are, how many projects and programmes you support and how you do it today. Within 48 working hours we reply, to the email you give, with what Accacia would do with that portfolio, what it would not, and the next steps if it makes sense for both sides. There is no commitment.
Which countries and sources does the Radar cover?
As of October 2026, Portugal, the European Union and the Portuguese-speaking countries, with international sources such as the World Bank. Every opportunity shows its official source and the date it was verified; the conditions are always confirmed at the source.
Does Accacia confirm the eligibility of projects?
No. It shows what fits, what is missing and the official source of each call. Eligibility and approval are always decided by the body responsible for the call.
How do the founders in our programme get in?
They create an account with name, email and password and the project is linked to your programme. They describe the project in five short questions and your team sees each one's progress in the dashboard.
How much does the platform cost?
It depends on the number of programmes and projects supported. After the diagnosis, if it makes sense, we send a proposal for your case. Large companies and consortia have a tailored Enterprise pilot.
What if we need human help?
The Accacia team adds what the platform does not do: feasibility studies, application reviews, programme design and sessions on funding opportunities. These are contracted separately.
